At Tirupati Balaji Tour & Travels, we aim to provide transparent and fair refund practices. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations, changes, and refunds are processed.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment is received and acknowledged by us through email, message, or official receipt.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your tour, the following rules will apply:
- More than 15 days before departure – Refund after deduction of a processing fee and any non-refundable charges already paid to hotels, transporters, or third-party service providers.
- 7 to 15 days before departure – 50% of the total tour cost may be charged as cancellation fee.
- Less than 7 days before departure – No refund will be applicable.
- No Show or early departure – No refund in any case.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or official communication channel.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days from the date of approval. The refunded amount will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
Non-Refundable Services
The following are usually non-refundable:
- Flight, train, and bus tickets once issued
- Visa and permit fees
- Hotel bookings with non-refundable conditions
- Entry tickets and activity fees
- Service charges and convenience fees
Tour Changes or Postponement by Customer
If you request changes or rescheduling:
- Modifications are subject to availability and extra charges.
- Any fare difference or service cost must be paid by the customer.
- Previous cancellation rules may apply if services are already reserved.
Cancellation by Company
If Tirupati Balaji Tour & Travels cancels a tour due to unavoidable situations such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or operational issues:
- An alternative tour date or package will be offered.
- If no alternative is accepted, eligible refunds will be processed after deducting service charges and third-party costs.
Force Majeure
No refund shall be granted for cancellations due to events beyond our control such as floods, strikes, earthquakes, pandemics, political disturbances, or transport disruptions.
Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute, Tirupati Balaji Tour & Travels’ decision shall be considered final. Legal jurisdiction will be subject to Gorakhpur courts only.
