Booking and Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only after receipt of payment. A confirmation message, invoice, or receipt will be sent once the booking is successful.
Payment Policy
- Full or partial advance payment is required to confirm any booking.
- Remaining amount must be cleared before the start of the tour.
- Failure to complete payment may result in automatic cancellation without notice.
Pricing and Inclusions
Prices include only those services which are clearly mentioned in the tour package. Any additional expenses such as personal shopping, meals not included, extra sightseeing, or personal activities will be borne by the customer.
Cancellation and Refund

Travel Documents
It is the traveler’s responsibility to carry valid identification, permits, and required travel documents. Tirupati Balaji Tour & Travels is not responsible for any issues arising from missing or invalid documents.
Changes in Itinerary
Tour itineraries may change due to weather conditions, road closures, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to alter the route, accommodation, or schedule in the interest of safety and smooth tour operation.
Liability Disclaimer
We act only as a travel coordinator and are not liable for:
- Accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings
- Delays due to weather, strikes, or natural disasters
- Failure of services caused by third-party providers
All services such as transport, hotels, and activities are subject to the terms and conditions of respective service providers.
Customer Responsibility
Travelers must behave responsibly and follow local customs, rules, and safety instructions. Any misconduct causing damage, disturbance, or legal issues shall be entirely the traveler’s responsibility.
Health and Safety
Customers must disclose any existing medical conditions before travel. The company is not responsible for any health issues arising during the tour.
Refund on Unused Services
No refund will be provided for any unused services such as skipped sightseeing, early return, or missed activities due to personal reasons.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to unavoidable events such as natural disasters, accidents, political unrest, or government actions.
Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to Gorakhpur jurisdiction only.
